Roles & responsibilities
- tactical buying process execution in the fields of professional services, marketing, and/or facilities management up to one million euros per sourcing event

- Under the direction of the Category Director and Manager, carry out Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for prospective catalogue items, including contracting using standard contract templates.
- Facilitate the communication between the Content Specialist and the supplier to support automatic buying channel introductions.
- Encourage actions related to strategic sourcing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related professional field, ideally in business, economics, finance, procurement, or law.
- At least three years of general business experience, ideally in a middle-sized or large organization’s procurement department (low to mid-level spend); a foundational understanding of supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting is required.
- It is insufficient to have merely purchase order administration experience.
- advanced familiarity with contract management, procure to pay procedures, and sourcing execution strategies, techniques, and methods.
- Highly preferred is experience in one of the following categories: Facilities management, marketing, professional services, and IT.
- Strong capacity to drive demand and analyse specs.
- Strong familiarity with the chosen categories, category strategy creation, analytics, and compliance management.
- Familiarity with project and supplier management.
- Capacity to evaluate issues and reach conclusions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage with many stakeholders on your own.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and very capable of managing oneself team member.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office.
- proficient in both written and spoken English. Being fluent in French, Italian, or German will be advantageous.
- It is required that you be available to work long business hours.
